Physical exercise is the regular
movement of the limbs of the body according to some definite rules and
regulations to keep in sound health and sound mind are required. It keeps our body fit and even

childhood.

physical and mental fitness as well as makes our muscle strength. Physical exercise also energizes our brain
and heart. The human body is just like a machine. It weakens and gets a number

use.

man who does not bear a body with good health and take proper food always in pangs and pains.
