Not need to say about the Importance of Physical Exercise. It gives us both physical and mental fitness as well as makes our muscle strength. Physical exercise also energizes our brain and heart. The human body is just like a machine. It weakens and gets a number of health hazards for want of Physical exercise, just as a machine gets rust for want of regular and proper use. 

A man who does not bear a body with good health and take proper food always in pangs and pains. Life is a burden to him and everything loses appeal to him. 

Mirth, happiness and merriment Importance absents from his life. But we should remember that over-exercise and overeating are  harmful for being healthy body. So everybody should take it regularly and follow adequate rules and regulations.

Cleanliness and Exercise to Prevent Disease

Cleanness and Physical Exercise is a must to Prevent Disease from our body. To build sound mind as well as sound body, we all must track a few rules connecting to physical condition. To keep one's body fit, we must keep his body free from disease. We know -Prevention is superior than heal. When we turn into unwell and receive medicine, we, in fact, try to cure ourselves. On the other hand, if we become aware of our health, we can prevent disease more. We all should be very grave about this matter. So, We all should keep up some rules. 

We all ought to go up early in the morning and clean our  hands and mouth, brush our teeth and take physical exercise for half an hour. We all should always take unsullied food. We all should not at all eat rotten or junk food. We all be supposed to maintain a time table in taking fresh food and never drink dirty water. In our house, we all ought to swallow boiled water. In the afternoon, we all must take part in or walk few times in the field or suitable place. Cleanness is a real job to get our body fit perfectly  Whenever We all come back at home from outside, We all should wash down our outer limbs, properly. 

We all should take bathe frequently and wear cleanness and dirtless cloths. We all ought to cut our nails once in a week and cut our  hair once in a month.  We all should maintain fixed time for sleep. There is a close relation amid the body and the mental. To keep the body sound and fresh mind regular physical exercise is very potent. We should have sound health for achieving success in life. It builds our body strong and stout. It is also essential for the circulation and digestion of food.

There are various kinds of exercise. Walking, riding, cycling, swimming, and gymnastics is good shapes of exercise to keep good health. Not exercising are just as appropriate for all people. Swimming suits for the young most. Running is good for middle-aged men and walking is advantageous to the old. 

We must retain information that unsuitable exercise is detrimental for health. Morning the best time for physical it. We may get exercise in the evening also. Everyone must be habitual in taking physical exercise. Exercise should not be taken just before or after meal. Besides, different exercises should be taken in different aged based. After physical exercise one must take appropriate food, or his health will break down.
